Section C- Each chapter will be allowed two contestants per speaking division/category. Each contestant will follow the rules of the Texas FFA Association Career Development Event Rules and Guidelines. The first place recipient will qualify for Area level competition.

I. Meeting called to order at 5:50 pm by president Vala Jenkins
II. At 6:00 pm Cameron Thomlinson from Waco Midway made a motion to have 4th and 5th place banners at district if more than 10 teams complete at district
III. Second by Jeremiah Ocampos
IV. Vote was taken by voice and passed at 6:02 with no discussion
V. Talent contestants completed
VI. At 7:00 pm the meeting was adjourned
